| Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using out internet shopping system. All credit cards are encrypted in the software when your order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website. |
| Guarantee If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it you can do so up to the point when it is despatched (orders are normally processed immediately after they have been placed) so we might already have packed your order and made arrangements for it to be sent when you cancel it.
