We aim to deliver your products within 5 working days from receiving your order.

Returns
If you are not happy with your products please contact us within 28 days and we will give you a full refund. Or, alternatively, call into one of our shops and they will be happy to help.
Please email us at info@thepapermillshop.co.uk as it might not always be necessary to return your products.

For orders up to £24.99 postage is £3.95, for orders over £25.00 postage is FREE.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Can I return an item bought from the website to a store?
Yes.

How long do I have to wait for the order to be delivered?
All orders should be delivered within 5 working days.

How does the Pick n Mix card and paper selection work?
Just click on the colour you want. Each click will fill your box by 20%. If you only want white card then just click until the box is full. The card and paper is available in both A4 and A5 so don’t forget to select the size you want.

How many sheets are there in a box?
As a guide you can get approximatley 80 sheets of A4 240gsm card into one box.
If you get a lighter weight of card or paper then you will get more in.

Can I mix both paper and card in one box?
Sorry at the moment its not possible to put both paper and card in one box. You have to fill a box with either all paper or all card.

How do I know what the texture looks like?
If you place your mouse on the colour you are wanting to put in your box, a pop up will appear which gives details of the embossing and thickness of the card and paper.

Will the colour of the card or paper be exactly the same as the colour shown in the boxes?
The colour in the boxes is only an indication of the colour of the paper and card you will receive.

Are the new colours that you are stocking the only colours you do?
No, these are just the colours that we can guarantee supply of. We also stock a range of colours in both card and paper which we will be changing frequently.

Why have you introduced these new colours and why are they now 240gsm?
We have listened to what our customers actually want and are now providing colours that are on trend and can be found in all the popular crafting magazines.
We have reduced the grammage to 240gsm, it is a more versatile weight and can be used with the majority of designs of punches, it will also go through most printers (depending on spec).

What are the new colours called, can i get them in the stores?
The new colours are:
Passion Red, Citrus Orange, Raspberry Pink, Sunshine Yellow, Ocean Blue, Lime Green, Purple Grape, Milk Chocolate, Pink Sorbet, Rose Tint, Sage Green, Sky Blue, Pale Turquoise, Lilac, White, Rich Cream and Ivory.
All 240gsm and are plain (not embossed).
Rich Cream, Ivory and White are available in Hammered and a Linen embossing.

Can i return my box and get it refilled for £4.49 (50p off)?
This is only available in our stores and doesnt apply to online purchases.
